"Staff does not provide complete information. I was needing another copy of the medical examination for USCIS, it took two days to get the copy, I sent emails and called multiple time because the “person in charge wasn’t there”and also ask to bring the copy of the examination; even when they have everything on file. When they finally let me know that the copy was ready, I went to pick up the documents and they didn’t advised that the person need to pick up the documents. Even that they are charging 100 to get copy."
