"I hope this review helps office and quality of care management. Please improve communication among departments and facilitate having representatives available to speak with patients. I tried to get medical records for my mother and I was transferred 5 times to the incorrect department. For the office staff, please don’t be so hasty in assisting patients- take the time to listen to the patients’ needs. You’re working extra hard and wasting resources by not doing things more carefully and more patient centered. Train your office management staff well please. El Paso would be a much better place! Thank you."
