Concentra Urgent Care

"I arrived to take a drug test at 11:55 AM and sat there for over 2 hours just to take a simple drug test for employment. That is just very unacceptable. And not to mention how damn rude the people at the front desk were. I will never go back to that concentra ever again. Just absolutely REDICULOUS."

"The security guys looked like gangsters. The girls working the counter were clueless. And the doctor completely made up a reason to only give me a 90 health card. Never using this place again!!"

"Checked in for DOT physical and ladies at the desk were great even with the issues I was having getting the consent from my company. The girl who brought me in to do blood pressure, weight, eye test and urinalysis was nice and also patient with me. Unfortunately thinking it was going to be like all the other Concentra’s I’ve been too I used the restroom and was called into the room right after so had to go back out and wait until I had to go again. Once I ready I checked back in and she was able to do the urinalysis and then put me right into an exam room. The dr came in a few minutes later and he was super nice. Didn’t my physical and brought me back to the desk where I received my paperwork and sent on my way. All around great people!! This will definitely be my place to go for my next physical if I can get through here when it needs to be done again. I had ubered over from the pilot but saw that there was parking out front on the road for my semi so next time will just drive there."

"I didn't feel a welcoming healthcare environment as I've felt in several other Concentra locations. Bad attitudes and a lack of professionalism with a security guard lingering beside you with a gun at his side. I'm not sure what kind of traffic goes on there, but i just didn't feel comfortable. The staff could really use better customer service skills. Btw... not all folks were in uniform so it was hard to figure who was doing what."

"Many different things, from waiting in the examination room for almost an hour for the doctor, that didn't show up before I just left, to the doctor rushing me out, didn't seem they cared about my wellbeing. After my MRI showed I had torn meniscus surgery was never an option just medication for the arthritis, so nothing was repaired and I am back in pain after returning to work full-time. My experienced was less than satisfactory. But they got there money!"
