"On Monday 9/11/2023 at 14:30 I had a very poor experience that lasted till 17:45. I’ve been having an ongoing problem with my feet with chronic pain and swelling. I’ve been working as a home caregiver for several weeks. My father is in home hospice and I’ve been unemployed for months due to my illness or injury. It took forever to get an appointment for many, many weeks. I also had come down with the Flu over the weekend from other family members and no one even took a chest x-Ray, nor did they listen to my chest, or prescribe me anything for the Flu. They never even examined my feet by having me remove my shoes or socks either. Beware to not ever fill anything out about anxiety or depression, because they will try to open Pandora’s box and make this appointment completely about mental health. It really never felt like they did a real examination. They did weigh me, and take my blood pressure, and temperature and that was pretty much the extent of the examination. What a horrible experience."

"They say their there to help you but not true, like if they can't find out what's wrong after giving you different medications . Then when you call back to know your test results or your follow up with the Doctor. No one will call you back. Leaving a message with a nurse, or if you call to speak with the director she will not call you back either. So what does that tell you they don't care about you. For sure no communication and the clinic talks about helping the community ."

"I liked this place for free health care but I initially only went in to be treated for my chronic headaches and dizzy spells and vertigo! The first doctor looked up my history going off a 14 year old psych evaluation and he put me on Lithium, and Amatriptyline and Topomax and then the next doctor I had kept upping my dosages even when I tried to tell them I was uncomfortable with the way the meds made me feel and that I didn’t need the psych meds the physician kept pushing meds on me! I finally tapered off my meds myself which I know is dangerous but I’m fine now except the lithium caused an abnormal arrhythmia in heart so I won’t go back I got three strokes on purpose! I’m going to go to JO Wyatt clinic and try to get in with them and try to get my husband in with then! Maybe I’ll get a doctor who listens to me!"
