"Was 10 minutes late for my appointment with a nurse practitioner was told they would have to reschedule. Sorry traffic was pretty bad getting there. How many times have people had to wait in the waiting rooms to finally get in to see them."

"Don’t show up 15 mins late but 15 mins before your appointment orelse they’ll cancel you and STILL want to charge you $100. First time there and really needed help and was excited to talk to someone. I get a call 3 days before and they tell me to come in 30 mins early and I tell the lady that I will be coming from work so time will be hard and she tells me that I need to fill out paperwork and offers to email it to me and I needed to come atleast 10 mins before so I do all of that and get treated like trash when I get there. COMPLETE disservice!!! How do you treat your patients like this. The lady behind the counter could give two craps about me or the situation. Would never EVER recommend this place to anyone! EVER!!!"

"My family has been here 4 times. Kelsey was amazing to see, my wife and I both have seen her. She had great bed side manner and was a positive experience for being at the clinic. All the folks at reception and check out are amazing, they were all polite, sympathetic and empathetic and greeted us with a smile. They were truly great. The reason for the 2 star review is Rhonda, a nurse practitioner that our son saw. Our son, 3 years old, has listening and processing issues because of a hearing issue from birth, he has full hearing now, just a little behind on comprehension because of being essentially deaf his first 2 years. Rhonda was incredibly rude to me, I'm an adult I can handle that. But she began calling my son names when he was uncooperative, he didn't understand the situation. When it was discovered that he tested positive for flu she refused to come back into the room, she just reached in with a mask said to put it on him and we had to leave. I had the mask on him for a solid 5 minutes, before she even allowed us to leave the room. She was a horrible experience and should not be allowed to care for children. Perhaps she's okay with adults but I would be doing every parent out there a disservice if I didn't share this. As we were finally leaving she told me I needed to keep him, and his sister away from others for the next couple days, which I as a person of what I believe average intelligence, thought meant do not allow them to go to school. I realized I didn't get school notes because of how rudely we were whisked out the door. My wife called the following morning to get notes for school. She refused to write one for our daughter saying she never told me to keep her home from school. I had to leave several voicemails with BSA administration and send emails before i finally received the note that was needed. If my children are contagious enough to be treated so poorly by a medical clinic then they didn't need to be in school. If you go here everyone was a pleasure to see and interact with except the one person. unfortunately this one person will be stopping us from going to what we thought was going to be a great clinic for our family in this community that we are fairly new to. Everyone else was 5 stars hands down."

"Staffs are very friendly and kind here. We used to hate to visit our old doctor's office but not at all for this one. Definitely recommend it for whole family in needs. Katlyn at the front makes our visits so much better so is Bethany"
