"If I could get 0 stars, I would. We've taken our dogs here for a while and we regret it. They are so rude and unprofessional. We called to get medical records and David straight up said "No, we don't do that." and that we wouldn't understand the records. SO RUDE. I also took my dog there for a surgery this past summer and it wasn't the right surgery she needed. So, she has to get another one. My baby has been through so much unnecessary pain. Never take your animals here."

"I made an appointment on 06/24/21 for my dog to be seen tomorrow morning on 06/25/21 at 830 AM. I received a call from a woman named Heidi. She had asked what happened to the dog and I stated to the person I made the appointment with that my dog had been basically attacked by a stray dog and this happened a few days ago. When Heidi called I told her almost verbatim what I had told the employee that I made the appointment with. She stated that they would not see my dog because she had two tiny puncture wounds. Heidi insisted that I take the dog somewhere else TODAY. I explained to her that she is ok until tomorrow morning as she has gradually getting better. She still insisted that my dog be seen today AND THEN cancelled my appointment I had made. She was very unprofessional, rude and semi-aggressive. I was shocked by the situation and posted this review because I dont want someone else to be left in the situation I am in. Every veterinarian in town does not have anything that I can work around my work schedule. She called me at 315 in the afternoon and told me this. My poor dog is not feeling good, she didntt seem to care and did not have any compassion or empathy for the situation. I would reccomend Dr. Wolf to anyone who needs a vet, that is where she typically goes but Dr. Wolf is out for a while ill. I just want people to be aware that they are unreliable, unprofessional and extremely rude."

"They have been great with all three of my dogs. We've gone yearly for my dogs checkups and rabies vaccine and everytime they have been thorough and nice! I recently rescued a dog from the shelter and they were able to get me an appointment quickly. She received the rest of her shots, an exam, and had her knee problem diagnosed (without xrays, yay!). I have never had a long wait yet, and they are quick to answer the phones. When I got my dogs teeth cleaned, they came out wonderful and I know she feels so much better. Very affordable as well. I am very pleased with their services."

"Waited over 2 hours and they told me they do thorough exams. Not true. I get my dog back after they took her in for only 15 minutes and they said she was fine. I asked what about her shoulder and the huge lump on her neck. They said they didn’t even notice. I noticed it the first 2 minutes I had her. They charge you a lot for doing nothing. I will not be going back."

"Had an emergency, and Village welcomed us asap. We had to put my dog down during the Covid pandemic, noone is allowed in the rooms, but they did make an exception. My brother and I were able to hold our mothers dog of 16 years, til she passed. Very good people! My brothers vet, but I love em too!!"
