"Dr. Clark was my PCP for a few years up until 2020 apparently. Dr. Clark has always been pleasant, but everytime I've called, the office staff has seemed inconvenienced by my phone call and have been very rude. They've always made me question why I'm even calling and it prevented me from calling anytime I've been slightly sick and instead I've chosen to either just let my body get over it or go to an urgent care because the people are at least nice at most urgent cares. Today I called with a question and was rudely told, "You aren't even a patient here. You've never even been here and e duct have you in our system." I know I have been there before to see her, "pre-covid." Since I haven't been in 2 years, they apparently removed me from their system and I'm no longer considered a patient of hers. She isn't taking new patients right now, but truthfully, I wouldn't want to be her patient again simply because of her office staff. The office staff should be welcoming since they're the first people you talk to when you call a place. I liked her, but I've never had a great experience with the office staff."

"Dr. Clark and her staff have treated me very well. The initial evaluation was amazingly thorough and I cannot elaborate or say enough positive about the process. It is nice to have one doctor be able to address multiple health issues and treat each of them. I am feeling much better and just six weeks into my program. Thank you God for leading me to this health center. Professional, courteous and a beautiful facility."

"I am very disappointed with this physician and her staff. MD was very thorough the 1st visit, but after that everything changed. I have seen the NP's more and all times a waste of time and money. Basically diagnosing myself and them agreeing. I went in with a friend for a hospital follow up and the NP never listened to his lungs or heart. Basically told us to call his other physicians and follow up with them. Then told him to call his insurance company to find out what medication he could take after they diagnosed them with diabetes!! Then they started him on a diabetic medication without any diabetic education!! I'm a nurse myself and this is not how you treat a patient!!! Office staff is not helpful and make you feel like you are a bother when you ask for assistance! Tip for you Dr. Clark: your office staff represents you!! Even how they answer the phone!! I was taught that by a physician I once worked for and that has stuck with me throughout my career!! I am not writing this because I am upset! I had been to this physician before and then stopped for multiple reasons but thought I would give her a try again. My mistake, I observed this office and things havent changed but are worse. I will not return nor will I recommend anyone to this doctor."

"Dr Clark has always been very punctual with my appointments. She listens, really listens, to me and is very involved in trying to find solutions for health issues be they pharmacy related or physically related. I recommend her to my friends and family."

"To be honest, I was not to excited about having a new doctor after years of having Dr. Bechtol. However, Dr. Clark is very nice and takes the time to explain and truly listen. I have not had any issues when it comes to my medical treatments. Waiting for a call back about lab work is a bit frustrating, when you have to call 2 or more times before they finally call back. Overall I would recommend Dr. Clark to others."
