"Dr. Medford is wonderful, but I have concerns about the other doctor who works here as well as the nurses. At my daughter’s last appointment, my husband went in with her by himself and the other doctor told him they would be giving her one vaccine. What ended up happening was a nurse came in with two vaccines (one of which was the flu shot) and gave my daughter the flu shot without informing my husband or asking his consent. Since receiving this vaccine, my daughter has been sick twice, worse than she has ever been before in her life. This baby had flu and RSV at the same time when she was three months old and did better then than she has since receiving this vaccine. NO ONE should give a child vaccines without informing and receiving consent from the parent. At another visit, the other doctor completely missed that my daughter had a DOUBLE EAR INFECTION. Like I said, Dr. Medford is wonderful, but our experiences with the other doctor and nurses have not been pleasant."

"My daughter got seen today. I called for a prescription and was told to bring her in for an appointment this afternoon. Provider said she was sending meds to the pharmacy but didn’t. Now, I’m feeling as if the appointment was pointless and time wasted because my daughter won’t be able to start her treatment today which was the very point of the visit. Definitely not satisfied because my daughter’s needs weren’t met."
"We love Dr. Scott!! Such a great doctor, I could not recommend her enough. She is so great with my child. Very knowledgeable. Everyone here at Amarillo Children's is super nice and helpful. We are so lucky that we were able to get on as patients."
