"My dad has been at Hereford Nursing and Rehab for a little over 40 days. I have found the staff to quite receptive our questions and concerns. If I ask a question about medication and etcetera, they are going to get back to me within the day. They keep his room and bathroom clean. They launder his clothes and blankets. They help him get to the bathroom and if he had a accident they help change his adult diaper and clothing. They give him a shower 3 times per week. The food is typical hospital food. I have gotten a tray along with my dad and it was good. If they serve something that the patient does not like they will try a sandwich or something else. I have found the staff to be very friendly. I want to give a special thanks to the day nursing staff, Debbie and Jackie and the night nurse Phillip, as well as the nursing tech, Lois. You are all doing a great job. Sometimes my dad does not want to cooperate with Lois and take a shower. She is on top of things and tells him you ARE going to shower, get busy and move yourself. For the people who left poor reviews, I suggest being kind and friendly! No yelling, ranting a nd raving!"

"They have bad attitude when asked to do something for the patients. Also my grandma somehow ended up with bruises in her back and hands. They didn’t shower her and she smelled bad when we visited her. The food looks like jail food. My grandma could walk and sit up straight but after 1 week there she couldn’t. Not a great place at all."

"Its a horrible place. My dad was in bad shape they wouldnt even call the ambulance. We, his family had to call ourselves. Had we not called his chance of surving that night were slim. Since then doctors have found so many health issues due to neglect. If i could I wouldnt give these people any stars. If you have a family member that can not fend for themselves or speak do NOT SEND THEM HERE. Im not saying everyone at that facility is bad but most are to busy on the phone and talking. Mrs. Pesina should have at least got off of her bottom to see how my dad was but did not. Hereford Nursing and Rehab needs to be reviewed on many levels. Just saying!"
