"Bob has been grooming our fur babies for 6 years. Started with him in Osgood and now take them to Madison. Yes he works out of his home. Alot of people do. If we were ever disappointed with the way one of them looked, long hair, streak, anything it gets fixed. Our dogs love him."

"I took my giant schnauzer puppy here for her first cut. He did such a good job!!! Yeah, he works from home but that's okay!!!! I would too. Hope he keeps on keeping on. He's my go to for my baby! I recommend him! Plus he's a nice and responsive and respectful and listened to what I had to say. He's also the only guy around that I found that's had experience with my breed!!!"

"I took my little Pekingese dog Max to him today to get his haircut and he done amazing haircut on my dog. I also had my dog's nails cut there today. He was very kind and gentle to my dog he also has very reasonable prices on his dog haircuts. I would recommend anyone to take their dogs to him I am a very satisfied customer."

"All I can say is they cut my cats hair off. Took my very sweet cat here for a regular grooming. She has very long hair and long whiskers. Along with being a very timid, she's never been groomed before. Which is my mistake as an owner. When I dropped her off, it was just some house, which was a red flag but nothing I wasn't aware of as that info is in other reviews. I live 1 minute away from the house which is on a residential street. Before I leave the owner tells me they'd call me if they can't do the job or have any trouble. About 2 hours go by with no call so I start to get nervous and go ahead and call. I get told my cat is ready. For how long I have no idea. I pick her up, pay the man. Got back to my house and let her out. The sight I saw was atrocious. long patches of fur all over her legs and tail. Never had my cat groomed before, but I'm pretty sure the cut is supposed to be even all around. The worst part is one side of her whiskers is completely gone which I know doesn't hurt the cat physically but I just called them and asked about it and I didn't even get an apology, just got told to cut the other side off. I will never go back there again."

"The building was not appealing and there are lots of animals but my dogs were well cared for. Both came back clean, smelled great, were happy and had adorable bows in their hair. He also gives them treats to take home."
