"RUN. Run far away from Rodolfo Botello, the physician assistant, along with making me feel extremely uncomfortable he was rude and disrespectful, on top of going through that he didn’t end up sending my medication because I guess he forgot to send it! First and Last time I will be dealing with such an unprofessional person he is new to the clinic and he antagonizes the patients to the point where I was in tears as he asked me for a drug test and profiled me keep in mind the medication I take I’ve been on since I was 15 ! If he looked at the chart instead of profiling me and judging me and belittling me I would have had some progress dealing with my mental illness but I felt worse then before with this man."

"My name is Joey and my son goes here to this clinic. Me and my family just went through a very awful life changing experience and my son missed an appointment. Desiree was so helpful getting g my sons appointment rescheduled and I appreciate all the effort she made to help my son out. Excellent job on Desiree!!!"

"I have two teenagers that are going to La Mente. I have seen the big difference in both of them. They’re able to talk now and communicate with others. La Mente has been a great resource for anyone that is going through hard times with their teenagers. They are caring and want to make sure to get everybody on the right track the quality of physicians and counselors . I am so glad that my teenage family members are going to La Mente. To be honest, I thought we were going to lose one of the teen, but Teen has come along way."

"My 2 boys see Rudy Botello and Linda Perez. They are absolutely amazing with them. They listened to my concerns about them and WE came up with the treatment plan that suits their needs. One of my sons also sees Juan Sierra for therapy and hes just been so good with him, my son actually opens up to him and trusts him."

"I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist at La Mente for almost a year now. However, I was never notified that my psychiatrist left the practice. No call, no email, no notices, no nothing. I’m paying for your service, and had finally established a relationship with this mental health professional after having terrible experiences with others, only to be told that they left. The receptionist shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal at all and really didn’t seem to care. Out of all places, a mental health facility should know just how important it is to be transparent and open with your patients, especially when medications and active treatments are involved. This isn’t okay. That is not how you run any type of medical office. Patient abandonment laws exist for a reason."
