"I have seen the work of this business. I believe in treating people fairly but this business has turned a $5000 bill into an $18,000 bill. The work I saw was barely worth the 5000 and was not completed. How can you call yourself a fair business for the community and do this to a young family. I hope and pray that this business does not do this to anyone else. The work was poor quality I did not personally use them myself but was going to.. I am so glad I was able to see what this company is really about."

"I have to say the first time dealing with trademark was great, did a wonderful job with the kitchen floor So we Decided to bring them back to finish the whole house and got an estimate for 30k and paid 24k up front. Quality of work was poor / not to my liking so wanted the man to fix his work but basically refused and wanted the rest of his payment to keep moving along. Why move forward when getting poor results and I can’t even get you to fix what’s not right!! New shower has gaps in the grout basically falling apart. days and months arguing with this guy just trying to get 24k worth of my money but no luck so I fired trademark and they put a lean on my house for remainder balance plus interest for poor quality unfinished work as you see in pictures. We had already purchased the flooring we wanted they gave us a fair installation price. I have had 2000 questions and they have taken the time to answer every single one of them with full detail and in a way that I understood what they were saying. "I had Trademark Flooring install a porcelain wood-look floor in my kitchen. Rudy Nunez, the owner, came out to my house and gave me a fair estimate. They first had to remove the old stone floor then prep for the new floor, huge job right here. They laid the new flooring in a very professional manner. It is straight and was leveled each step of the way. I could almost say it is perfect. The workers were all gentlemen, very polite. I was able to communicate with the office every step of the way. The job was completed on time. I would use this company again and I highly recommend them. I love my new kitchen floor!!! Thank you Trademark Flooring."
