"Please make sure who you decide to go to. Before you make an appointment you explain the situation make it seem it’s possible. I called to let them know I’m running late and the receptionist said it’s fine but when you get there the attorney rushes through my husband case and said a free consultation I cannot really do anything, you need to pay for a consultation for I can see for into it but not really I cannot do anything. They are the ones making the free consultation. Free or not they should have the time to explain and make the client feel satisfied any reason it is."
