"Worst customer service I have ever received. I emailed them asking about a quote for the list of cabinet/cabinet extras. They rudely replied saying that they dont give price bids blindly because it is basically a waste of their time. Honestly, I get it, if they need me to provide personal/company information, I am okay with filling out that information. But the person that emailed me, Tim, didn't even bother bring up a request to give me the opportunity to provide this information. They didn't even provide me with any forms that I would need to provide in order to get my price bid for the cabinets I wanted. I would have gladly filled it out to get the bid. Tim's rude and arrogant attitude was obvious in the email. He made that VERY clear! This company really needs to work on customer service! STAY AWAY. I would never want to work with anyone that treats a prospective customer like the way I was treated."
