"I was admitted here a few weeks ago and received exceptionally good care. My doctors, nurses and all of the staff were attentive, cordial and wonderful. The food certainly could be better, but that is a minor gripe."
"The people on the Er front desk are so rude and disrespectful. I took my husband to the emergency room. As I was in the waiting room they were joking on why my husband came into the er. They were making fun of him for the reason he came in. I have never seen such disrespect on a patient's well being. I am truly worried for my husband and they were laughing and making jokes in front of me. They are rude and horrible people here!!!"
"I am actually sitting in Room 22 as a patient. My experience so far has been extremely poor. First off the Dr came in, barely asked any questions, and didn't seem interested in treating me, or listening to my concerns. He was in and out in a minutes. It's been 3 hrs since I've been here, haven't seen my nurse at all, only ones on the team. My heart rate is currently 120, blood pressure 151/96 and in terrible pain but can't get any help. I call for help, someone answer, but noone comes in. I don't know what to do."
"My partner had his hernia surgery here with Dr. Shirley. From when he had his post op exam to his surgery, everyone was so kind and informative. From the ladies on the 2nd floor check in to the nurses. Dr Shirley and his team were great. His procedure was done in less than an hour and his recovery has been going well. I have to give a shout out to Nurse Nara. She was awesome! Honestly all the nurses were wonderful."
"My Mom went there after a fall and everyone was wonderful. She was so well cared for. The nurses, OT, PT, and aides were attentive and caring. I called the pharmacy a week after she was released and they gave me so much time and great recommendations. I’ve never been so impressed with a hospital stay for a loved one."
