"Kudos to my Immigration Attorney, Joshua Effron whose wise counsel was always on point. He handled my inquiry from day one and was very knowledgeable, easily accessible via phone and email. My journey was an arduous one from L1-B Work Visa, then L1-B Extension and finally L1-B to EB1-C Employer Sponsored Permanent Residency. At each juncture, I was subjected to a demoralizing, stomach churning Request for Evidence (RFE) but undaunted, Josh reviewed, collated, indexed and submitted our responses to approval every time. I was also rather unlucky to be shortlisted in the DV-2015 Green Card Lottery but for the first time in the program's History my case number range was never called and hence did not become current due to a new automated system that gave me the royal shaft!
