"This office had my case in a tractor-trailer accident for 18 months, they lacked communication with me. Wouldn't call me with updates and seemed irritated when I would call asking for an update and then without explanation or a phone call sent me a letter saying they dropped my case and left with 4 month to find another lawyer and have an entirely new case built and served.
