"High prices for a thrift store. There was an item priced higher than if you would but it at a store- it still has the in store tag on it. It doesn't make me want to come back. Most items are outdated."
"I concur with Valeries review. The remark by the silver haired male employee of my daughter Valerie " Feeling Entitled" was not warranted. Just what was meant by this remark? I guess they did not know that I was in the store. His flippant salute gesture brushing her off was very unprofessional and rude! All of the 3 employees in the consignment offiice are very rude and they act like they are the entitled ones."
"The people that handle the consignment part are the rudest people I have ever met! There is this one gentleman with the silver hair that works in the back and he is awful to say the least! I went by to consign the other day and they were closed but this nice lady said she would help which I truly appreciate however when I got back in with my things she told me that I didn’t have my contract filled out and that everyone always says how I don’t have my contract filled out! I said I’m sorry to be such a bother to you and “everyone else” that I won’t be coming back so I proceeded to leave then the awful man said that I was “ entitled “!! He then flicked me off with a salute and told me bye! I was so angry this man or the people that work there don’t know anything about me! I will never be back to shop or consign! It’s not worth the attitude that these people have!! If I could give zero stars I would!! I do not recommend this place!!!"

"Had seen the night of July 16th that they would be open on Thurs July 17th so made the drive across town only to show up with doors closed and sign on door that they wouldn't be open till August it would of been nice if they would of updated hours on Facebook page."
