"My husband has a case with this law firm and I have been calling for the last few days with a few simple questions and they don't even have the nerve to call back. I don't know how they expect to get a good review from their clients if they can't even answer quick questions or give a prompt callback and no one is ever available to take your call... they are always to busy in meetings or are never there... what kind of business are they running seems like they don't care about their clients only the money they may or may not make... I will not change this review until someone calls me back and answers the questions I have and gives me the customer service we all deserve. To this date we have only spoken to them once (when they took the case) and cannot get them on the phone anymore. Highly disappointed. Update we did finally get a call back so hence why I changed my review. But they seem to be prolonging the process with the chiropractor just to get more money for themselves since we still haven't received any updates since I posted about our inquiries at the beginning of our case and it had already been more than 2 months since they last updated us on what needs to be done or what is going on."
