"1st time trying Sapa Noodle and ordered my regular Pho soup. I love how clear the broth is, I hate it when they load up too much spices into a soup and makes the soup look dark. Clear soup like this is the best. And they were so generous on the meat! I got tons of tendon (my favorite) and the raw beef is super good. My whole family love it. I wish they carry the grilled pork chop rice like many other Vietnamese restaurants do, but I realize this is a noodle house :)"

"First time trying Sapa Noodle House. The experience was generally positive. The waitress was very helpful and polite. The quality of the food was high. Also, they were served in a large portion, which was awesome. Three things I found truly impressive: 1. the bowl of beef bones. Yes, this dish has nothing but a large bowl of beef bones. The price was cheap considering the size. I could not finish it all, and ended up taking it home. 2. The idea of mixing two kinds of noodles in a pho soup is creative. I ordered clear noodle plus egg noodle. The former was chewy while the latter was soft. The combination was surprisingly good. 3. The spicy sauce was surprising tasty. Now, things that I think they can improve: 1. The broth was good but not great. Maybe better if less MSG. 2. The pho (not clear noodle or egg noodle) was a bit mushy"

"I gave 4 stars because there is no diaper changing table in the restroom. The food was really good. Me, my husband, 2 girls, and my 6 month old went. I ordered a large and it had lots of meat and noodles. My husband also ordered a large and he enjoyed his. we ordered one Baby pho with meat for the girls (5yr old & 3yr old) to share and they ate the whole bowl. They did give us scissors and plastic silverware for the kids so it is family friendly in that sense. Sucks there was no diaper changing table so I had to change the poop diaper In the car but other than that it was good. I would recommend."

"A good portion of meat for the pho I got, meatballs and rare flank—the usual accompaniment of fresh herbs, sprouts, jalapeno, and lime. The broth was underwhelming; salt overpowered everything else. The cha gio were excellent. I also tried the dry pho, a good portion of meat with a decent sauce."
