"Awful place. Management is a mess, the administration is terrible. My loved one died here and I was robbed of precious time because the nurse didn't bother to report her change of condition. The HOSPICE nurse called hours later to tell me she was actively dying. I got 3 hours with her. That's it. One of my siblings didn't even make it before she took her last breath, and I will NEVER forgive them for that. Always understaffed, Management buries things instead of taking responsibility. They dump patients at the hospital when they make a complaint. They don't have proper or adequate supplies to do their jobs. My loved one didn't have the proper things for her wound care for a month! Can't forget about the mold that the administrator Jonathan is trying to pretend doesn't exist. The rooms leak when it rains, and some aren't just drops, some are like it's raining in the building! The doctors don't even want to be there, and they're the best thing about the facility. Save yourself some time and heartache and go somewhere else. They don't care about you or loved one, just the money they line their pockets with."

"My dad was at the center for approximately 1 month. The administration is the pits!!!!!!!!!! The social worker, Sandra, NEVER helped my dad. She NEVER ordered the items I needed for home health care. I had to purchase them out of pocket. BTW, Sandra is no longer employed by the center. Good luck to Mountain View. The PT supervisor should be more astute. I have yet to receive the discharge paperwork after yet another month of waiting. Worst thing is that my dad NEVER received his final meds when he was discharged home. This is absolutely ridiculous! I spoke to the director, Jonathan, who was no help!!!! Finally, I received a bill regarding a balance due. REALLY! I think the center owes me and then some. The administration at the center must be more knowledgeable of their respective job. One day they may be in my dad's situation, then they'll remember my dad. PLEASE DO NO SELECT THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES."

Regent care has wonderful staff in the activity area.the social workers, nurses and aides, finance dept.Therapists Dr.s receptionist all the secretaries. The food service is great and the Directors are kind and very approachable. The. Greatest thing about Regent is They treat my Mom like she is their Mom."
