"This hospital over medicated my father , pushed him over the edge , the dr involved in 2022, did his best to keep him in the hospital and over medicated him, until he my father lost his ability to walk or think. The supposed physical therapist roughed him up even more. Don’t take your loved ones to hospitals, especially not this one. It is the beginning of the end for the patients. Hospitals seem to have permission to kill the elderly especially."

"Terrible experience with call center on three different calls. Very rude, very difficult to understand, then THEY got angry. Simply trying to schedule a CT, every time I called received different instructions. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor, put me on hold for an eternity then disconnected. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE until I finally spoke to the actual IR dept. Sierra Providence needs to rethink their horrible call center. UPDATE: Its been 5 days since I sent the requested email and Ive yet to get a call or response."

"They kill patients there. Incompetent nurses that don't the difference between a stroke and sepsis. That's how they killed my mother. Again incompetent nurses that don't know in ICU that you don't keep patients at 15 degrees with patients that are being tube fed because they might aspirate. That's how they killed my father. So unless you want to die by hospital. DON'T GO THEREand they need to lose their stroke certification. I guess it's time for me to inform the state of this hospital incompetence"

"Horrible staff in the emergency rooms! I was told why did I bring my child in as soon as I came. Since they weren't a children's hospital. The nurse was very rough with her. & I was told things weren't mandatory when in fact they were. The only reason I found out was because I asked for another nurse. I was never read the results to my daughters lab test and I was there five hours. Rude staff, and lazy. Treat as you want to be treated. Don't like your job leave."

"Bad experience at Sierra Campus! If I could rate 0 stars I would since they did absolutely nothing for me. Tried to schedule two CT Scans which would be simple anywhere else, but not here. Between incompetent staff and assorted errors, I didn't get the CT Scans done after waiting for days for the appointment. They neglected to inform me that because of my age, I needed to get lab work done before I could take the contrast needed for the CT Scans. The staff went ahead and gave me the prescription for the Oral Contrast and had me get it at the pharmacy without telling me about the bloodwork required. The following day was my appointment and I drank the Oral Contrast as instructed. It was an awful tasting liquid that looked and tasted like Milk of Magnesia. It was two containers about the size of water bottles. When I got to the hospital the Radiology technician asked for lab results, which I didn't have because I wasn't told I needed them. She then said they couldn't do the CT Scans until I had lab results. That's when I became extremely irritated! They didn't even attempt to my it right by me. All they said was they were sorry and offered to reschedule until January. "Sorry" doesn't make up for all my time & effort that was wasted, the appointment that was wasted, and not to mention the awful liquid I had to drink which upset my stomach! I told them to refund my money I had already paid and I was leaving and not coming back to this awful hospital. I certainly got the impression they don't care about patients even though they claim they do. I would hate to be in this hospital for something serious, but at least now I know not to ever go there again! I know things won't change by writing this review, but at least it makes me feel a little better."
