"Great store until you buy something that doesn't work. Have been loyally shopping at this store since they opened with zero issues. They sold me a product that didn't work when I got home and refuse to take any kind of exchange or make it right. As with seemingly all the other negative reviews here they would rather keep a $10 to $20 margin than keep a loyal customer. Not a recipe for long term success. Good thing there are a million other Vape shops in the area and this store offers nothing unique."

"FATIMA is the worst and rude employee. She needs customer service training. I walked IN like I do every 3 weeks. I was trying to buy me another water bomb pipe for my collection and Xtra bowls and this person told me NOT to touch everything if I wasn't going to buy one. Really? They don't have signs anywhere saying not to touch. I'm a grown up woman, trying to spend my money & she said that to me. How she knows I wasn't going to buy one? How I going to buy something if I don't feel/see it? I'm a HUTTO resident and I been going to this place since day one. I support local businesses but guess what? They lost with me & I'm taking my money to another business."

"Jalen is the worst, extremely rude and simply illogical manager I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of existence. Like imagine, you come into store, ask for a specific Hookah flavour, and insisted on getting that, but you found something close, you talk and act gentle to the staff and during conversation make a purchase. Then you see the expiration on the product its EXPIRED ON NOV 2022 and it’s still on shelf, you request if there is a new stock behind with exact same flavour, they didn’t, as a customer you request for a Refund, and guess what, even if they are at FAULT, as per their policy they don’t refund, like WOW, this was very rudely handled by Jalen, like it makes absolutely no sense, either change this policy of No exceptions or change this manager. People, just be careful and avoid this store at all cost, there are plenty of stores with better service and better products, then this place who is unapologetically rude, sells expired products and doesn’t even acknowledge their fault. I petty the owners for hiring such staff who do not have problem solving skills with basic common sense."

"Spent hundreds of dollars worth of Kratom here. I always buy a green vain usually white. I’ve been drinking kratom for almost 8 years never bought a bad bag before. Boom is the brand name I always purchase at this location. Recently I acquired 303 grams never had a problem with the quality until that day. The color was so brown it was almost black when you mixed the powder with water it was not drinkable. I opened it at the house so I wasn’t surprised when the manager told me he couldn’t exchange it no problem. I waited some time to go back , when I did today before I purchased it again I told the same manger my struggle from the previous purchase, and asked if I could open it infront of him and if I get the same result could I exchange it for a different brand . After all I don’t want my money back I just don’t want 303 grams of burnt dirt water again. He told me “no sorry I don’t know much about kratom if it’s a bad bag again I can’t do anything about it". I’ve spent quite a bit of money here so he knows I’m not trying to scam him. Let me remind you it’s not a nicotine product I just wanted the kratom I paid for not the dirt water I got last time. Of course it was another black bag of kratom and he couldn’t care less that he lost a customer that comes every week like clock work, well I use to. I’m well aware what a green maeng Da looks like and I literally just threw away 303 grams for the second time in a row. I would of just bought a more expensive bag if he worked with me , but his attitude was on the defensive. Lost a loyal customer im very disappointed.
