"Our pool cover came off, and their service was supposed to be guaranteed. I have called, sent texts and emails. The one time she actually spoke with me she said our cover was too small but they would come put it back on and we would have to secure it. I said ok, but they never came. I absolutely don’t recommend!"

"I had to put 1 star but really they deserve no stars! Bad experience! I do not recommend anyone going here for a sand pump! We bought one bran new and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for over a month because the pump we bought over $200 dollars does not work and they won’t return or answer the phone! So I didn’t have no other option but to contact the better business Bureau to hopefully make it right!"
