"Service was really great! We were waited on by a man probably in his 20s with brown fluffy hair. He was fantastic and very attentive to his tables. Food was hot and fresh and the salad bar was stocked, which is hard to find these days."
"A trip down memory lane I grew up around this restaurant and hadn't eaten there and almost 30 years. The food was excellent it still tastes just the same way I remember it. The wait staff was fantastic for a surprise large order she was quick friendly and always made sure you were taking care of. The restaurant itself is looking really dated however."
"We were excited about eating at Frisch's because we don't live in Madison. We stood at the front waiting to be seated n was ignored. Finally we asked to be seated which was met with a sigh. After we were at the table, no one came to take our order. We sat there for 15 minutes then just left without eating. Very disappointed. I am editing this review! Frisch's reached out right away and asked me to give them another try. That's what I'm going to do!"
"We had eaten here a while back.And to be honest, very poor food and service. I left a review to reflect our experience. The owner got ahold of me and asked would we give them another shot. And, we did!! I give credit when it's due. Like a Phoenix from the ashes. They are on their way. Tina and Eve are trying along with owners support..."
