"They never add points to the system which has been down for almost more that 13 months now. Once I tried asking about the status on the points they played it off saying it's still down. After I tried leaving the store they insisted on me still buying from them even though there's another VC down the road that has a working point system. So like a fool I buy products and they take my number on a sticky note. This happened on 4 occasions over the past 6 months. My personal count, I own +127 points that's yet to be delivered to my profile. It may not seem like a lot but those points add up fast for every dollar spent on non tobacco or ∆ products you got a point. Vape City as a chain is very chill it's just this location in particular that just can't seem to get their system right."
"I've been here 4 times and each time was a good experience. Taylor is amazing everytime and after meeting the owner today I knew I should leave a review. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices are better than the usual shop I go to and even if the prices were the same I'd definitely recommend this vapealicious location. Worth the visit!"
