"Prices used to be lower than other stores. Now they are ridiculously high. They claim to be Texas' store but they are taking advantage of their customers. HEB was my go to store, but I rarely shop there anymore. I find prices are less at other stores."

"It is a good HEB, smaller than most now. It is the closest one to our home- we shop here often. Once or twice a week. The parking lot can be crazy when it is busy. Staff is very friendly, food is fresh. Deli, Fish and Bakery do a great job. We haven't used the butcher. The grocery aisle are a bit narrow. We have used the pharmacy and they were fast and friendly as well. They usually have good gas prices as well. Thanks!"

"Very clean and well stocked. Staff is very helpful. Lady in the wine section is very well versed on her wines. Helped me pick a nice wine to enjoy with dessert."

"Convenient location with grocery pick up. I have had a few problems every once and a while. Today I picked up my groceries and the girl who brought my stuff out was too busy talking to another customer that she did not even have my order. Then I told her I have my own bags but she did not even help me switch the groceries. (I was not surprised EVERYONE in Pasadena is lazy) then she retrieved the rest of my groceries. One of the bags fell on the ground and of course she did not pick it up because she's lazy. I contacted corporate. I have boycotted this place before and I will again."

"Love this HEB! Pretty decent selection if your buying the same items every time but I would definitely like to see them switch out every now and then, HEB has the absolute best store brand I’ve ever tried in my life no matter what the product is, meat is always top tier, produce selection is amazing too, only reason for the 4 stars is the prices keep going up every time I go in"
