"I explained to an employee exactly what I needed. She sold me the wrong charger. I contacted the store and spoke with the owner and told him what happened and that I needed to please exchange for the correct one. When I tried to return the item at the store, the employee called the owner. He got absolutely violent on the phone and cussed me. He refused to do an exchange or refund. It had not been 48 hours since the purchase and I had my receipt. He told the employee to make us leave the store and that he was calling the police. I also have a witness…Another customer that heard and saw everything. Please do not shop at this store. It was absolutely wrong to talk to or treat a customer this way. I never leave negative reviews about anyone. I will not ever return to the store. I will tell everyone I know not to shop here. I am going to slay this business on every website that I can find. I’m also turning him in to the Better Business Bureau and going to dispute the charges with my bank. Nobody treats customers like this! I also feel sorry for the young lady that works there. I also cannot believe that anyone would talk to their employee like he did."
