"If I could rate this place a zero, I definitely would. First of all we had to move rooms after our first night there b/c not only was the bathroom sink literally almost falling out of the counter b/c the caulking was completely gone, we had no refrigerator in the room, no coffee pot, the phone didn't work, there was only one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash rag. We called them about the lack of a refrigerator and non working phone. The front desk clerk seemed just "shocked and appalled" at the lack of refrigerator. He told us they would send someone from maintenance first thing the next morning. Fast forward to noon the next day, no one has came to fix fridge or phone. Tried to get more towels off the cart from the cleaning lady. She took our dirty towels and only gave us back one of each! We went and talked to front desk clerk AGAIN about needing a new refrigerator. He said he would contact maintenance guy. The maintenance guy came to the room to "verify" the lack of refrigerator like we were lying about it. He said he was going on break and would come back with one when he was done with his break. We told him we had meet that had been in a cooler since yesterday and we needed a refrigerator IMMEDIATELY and we were not ok with waiting. He said he'd be right back with one. Which was a blatant lie bc he didn't come back. We waited for half an hour before deciding we'd just contact the customer service number. We're not usually complainers but they left us without an option. The lady we spoke with decided to move us rooms. We get switched to a room in the first floor so that was nice. The other room was no better. No smoke alarm. No toilet paper holder. Front burner on stove didn't work. Water pressure in kitchen almost non-existent. WiFi shotty at best. Lock on door was almost impossible to use, I actually thought I was going to have to call for help to to get out a couple of times. No iron or ironing board. Only one pillow on each bed. Cockroaches everywhere. Found a cap to a SYRINGE on the floor right underneath one of the beds. Ice machine didn't work, vending machines didn't work, washer and dryers were OUTSIDE and even if they HAD been in working order I would never have washed my clothes in them. They were old and disgusting looking. I felt like my clothes would have came back clean had I used one.I mean the list just goes on and on. We got several of the missing items from the previous room instead of even bothering to ask one of the staff. The cleaning staff never once offered to clean our room (we were here for a week. Sadly we had paid for the room in advance online and there was no hope for getting any of our money back if we had left.) However the 2nd morning after moving into the other room, the "cleaning staff" the "maintenance guy" and "the office guy" all came pounding on my door. My husband had left to run an errand and it was just my mother and I there. They pounded on the door and we yelled no thank you we don't need any house keeping! They pounded again, we told them no thank you again. At that point they attempted to just walk into our room! Thank God for the sliding lock preventing them from just coming in. We yelled at them again to GO AWAY WE DONT WANT ROOM SERVICE! At that point the knocked ONE MORE TIME AND TRIED TO OPEN THE DOOR AGAIN! Through the cracked open door they told us they needed the pillows from the other room. I told them that my husband was gone and when he returns I'll send him down to the office to speak with them about the pillows but that I wasn't opening the door until he was back. They finally left. I can't for the life of me make sense of why 4 men would try to barge there way into a room for some pillows. My gut tells me their intentions were less than noble. Avoid this place if you can. We ultimately stayed the rest of our reservation however we ended up extending our trip another 3 days and 2 nights but we chose to move to another hotel. There's no way I would have stayed another night here, let alone given them another dollar of my money."

"I was between leases and needed somewhere to be for a couple weeks.. so the price is what brought me here. It was $350 a week. The rooms are okay for the price, I needed the full size fridge for my cats raw food and they half mini kitchen was helpful. The vibe was sketch AF tho, we didn't have any problems but the potential is there, half the staff was awful and the other half super nice."
