"It is now the Siegel Suites. Great deal of renovation work ongoing. Poor customer service. Poor maintenance when issues brought up.They also refuse to reimburse or return the taxes paid after the 30 day period is met as a permanent resident. They require you write Austin comptrollers office and reclaim it yourself which requires a printed portfolio, receipt, of the first 30 days showing the taxes paid.they only provide a portfolio that doesn't show an logical or comprehenable breakdown of the charges leaving you in limbo with the state government regarding having your taxes returned to you.all other long term stay and regular hotels and motels credit the taxes back to your account after the 30 days.so they're essentially holding over $200 hostage with no means to recoup it.Management retained a security guard after said individual threatened guests with physical violence and showed at least one guest a firearm. Management said this had occurred before and the individual would be terminated yet individual remains employed and harassing and terrifying guests. I had originally intended to remain here long term but with the unsafe and threatening repeat actions of the security person and managements unbothered attitude regarding it as well as the maintenance issues that remain unresolved we will definitely be relocating."

"Office staff is horribly rude. Including the manager. She tried to fight me because I asked to be let in my room because the door was broken and my kids couldn't open it from the inside. I had to call the police. Some crack head offered my husband a stolen laptop if we would let him come take a shower. Also, they have a rule about breakfast having to be eaten in the breakfast room... Like you cant just grab a plate and eat it in your room. They wanted me to throw my plate away. And when I walked off with it they tried to say I was stealing... If only I could give negative stars."

"Complete garbage. Second time we have stayed here. First visit was ok because the staff was friendly and the rates were cheap. Stayed for 9 weeks the first time. There were a lot of things wrong with the room but for the price we dealt with it. Stayed just one might this time and was completely disappointed. Staff had changed out and was not very friendly. Room had left over garbage and the bathtub was anything but clean, various shades of brown. The only reason it gets two stars is because the breakfast is decent and because the air condition worked which it's why we started there to begin with (ours stopped working I our house)."

"This is the worst hotel experience ever!! The rooms are filthy. There was trash in the room, hair in the tub, dust on everything and stains on the sheets. We asked for a different room and the manager stated we either stayed in the room or security would remove us from the premises. Worst part about it, her own staff agreed the room was dirty. She couldn't even justify what she was saying so she walked away from me while I was talking. The company is completely unprofessional! If you value your health don't ever set foot in this hotel!! Hotel isn't even a word for this place, more like city dump and staff to match."

"Very bad experience. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Rented the room and it was completely messy, they did not have it cleaned and it was super dirty, no need to say, we turned over as soon as we saw it. Don't waste your time booking here, it's ridiculous, especially cause the price is not even cheap for this kind of hotel. It was $140/night. The staff was unhelpful and rude, they got mad cause we wanted our money back. After a long night, We got a better deal at a nicer hotel."
