"I have been trying since May 2023 to get an erroneous bill resolved. To make a long story short, there was a mistake on the paperwork which resulted in my children's well checks not being covered [they have always been covered in the 16 years I have been at ADC]. After getting no response from infinite voicemails left by both me and my doctor (now at another practice) to the business office manager AND that person's boss, the Regional Director, I went in-person to the administrative assistant to the CEO and explained the situation. She was very kind and assured me the mistake would be corrected ASAP. This resulted in a call back from the Regional Director, who explained her voicemail had been broken but that she would resolve the mistake. Unfortunately, it is now many weeks later, the issue is still not resolved, and the bill has been sent to collections. I don't normally post reviews but I feel it my duty to warn others of my experience as I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. UPDATE 11/29: After receiving a voicemail on November 3rd after the above review assuring me the issue had been resolved and removed from collections, I just received ANOTHER call from collections about this bill. Clearly the response from ADC below is not correct and they are unable to or unwilling to resolve their mistake."

"My experience at this location has slowly gone downward. I’ve given them a pass at taking forever to confirm appointments but today I had a confirmed appointment where I was the only patient in the waiting room for 35 minutes because they did not communicate with nurses that my appointment was a “nurses appointment” only to then be asked if I brought my own shot because they couldn’t locate any??? I never left the waiting room. It was a waste of my morning, which I had to use time off for. I had to ask for them to cancel the appointment on my way out so I didn’t get charged for this. Patient care is non-existent."

"Almost no follow up and no reminders are ever provided. It is up to you to remember and schedule your annual checkups be cause they will never call or remind you. My dog gets better treatment from his vet! As of March 2023, they still have not updated their mask policy!! This was the last straw!!! Three years later and they still have MANDATORY MASKING!!! As health care providers they should know by now that paper masks are very ineffective, but they STILL CONTINUE WITH THE MASKS! I was told that in order to see a doctor I had to wear a paper mask. At this point I decided it was time to find a new Doctor. They also change doctors on a regular basis, in the last 10 years, my doctor has changed 3-4 times. Many visits you don't even see the doctor, just the nurse. I am done with this place. I have United Health Care coverage and there is over 35 pages of doctors to choose from, so if you are experiencing the same issues or have similar concerns as I did, you don't have too anymore and I would encourage you to look around for a better option."

"My wife had an appointment for an MRI and the staff was wonderful. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and pleasant. Eddie who placed the IV line for her contrast was so nice and friendly and he did an excellent job inserting the needle. She said there was no pain at all. The man who helped her get in the MRI for the test (Alberto, she thinks) was also so polite and helpful and so considerate of her privacy. This place is so efficient and wonderful that it will be where I return for future procedures!"

"We had a sports physical scheduled for my 17 year old daughter and she also needed a well check. The staff was able to include that with our visit and for that I was thankful. Physicians' assistant was very thorough and covered all the questions we had. We always get efficient, quality care at this location! We usually see Dr. Kimberly Albert and she is also helps us with any questions my teenage daughter and I have. Staff is friendly and helpful!"
