Comfort Inn & Suites Airport

"Very unimpressed with this Comfort Inn. Our experiences with Choice Hotels are usually more positive. This hotel is being renovated so the first floor looks particularly rough. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the room was reasonably clean and we primarily needed a place to sleep. Our room was missing a microwave, desk chair, alarm clock, hangars, trash cans, a blow dryer, 2 lightbulbs for a lamp, and the tv remote. The fridge had froze over so it was thawing and unusable. The sink didn’t drain and looked nasty because it had probably backed up prior. The phone cords were coming out of wall and posed a risk to our small child. The only comment I got from the front desk was that the hotel is being renovated and rebranding so not all rooms will have microwaves. I’m pretty sure our reservation specified a microwave, and the lack of other items were not addressed AT ALL except for trash bags."

"The staff if great!!.. the rooms are outdated!!. The breakfast is no good. Definitely a waste of time staying here. They could atleast have good coffe!!!.. im grown not a kid you could have bigger cupps. Thanks comfort inn inn and suits!! Not only did the room cost 150 now ive got to go buy coffe and breakfast.."

"The first night I stayed here there were Statburst wrappers on the floor in back of the TV. There was a used tissue next to the trashcan and today I checked into a room and the toilet doesn't flush properly and I'm itching as I lay on the bed. One of the elevators is broken and the fitness room is Out of Order. My co-worker checked into his room and there was a hole in the wall as well as a dirty room that had not been 'housekept'."

"I traveled there to stay a night courtesy the company I work for. When I arrived they ask for my id and credit I paid for the room with, told them the company paid for it. Not sure if they couldn't find it, but the manager came out and said I would need a credit card confirmation from. So I contacted my bosses and they went to work, 30 minutes later or more I finally got a room. It was a nice very large room. Bigger than most hotel rooms I stay at. My complaint is that my toilet got clogged easily and when I woke up saw a big pregnant roach on the TV."

"Overall I did like the hotel. I was in town dropping my son off at another hotel to leave for bootcamp and I wanted to be near airport. Check-in was easy. Woman at the desk was great and very nice. I was on the 3rd floor and the hallway was nasty. There were stains and trash on the floor. The room was alright. Definitely could tell the room needed better cleaning but over alright I guess. The bathroom was a problem. There was a dirty pipe sitting on the top shelf with the clean towels.... so I avoided those. The real problem was fact there was no shower curtain. I went to front desk to ask about it and young lady went to laundry room and informed me there were no clean ones in there. She then preceded to go raid a room to take their curtain. She brought me one that was still wet at the bottom. I was not impressed."
