"My husband & I just spent a long weekend exploring San Antonio and we had an amazing experience at Hotel Havana! Location is 10/10 with an easy 10 min walk on the Riverwalk to the busy Downtown area, but still a tiny bit distanced from all the main action! Extremely safe area, we had 0 issues! Easy for Ubers to find you as well. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful with city recommendations and the rooms were very quirky, clean, and cute! Free water and coffee in the lobby as well! We would easily recommend anyone to stay at Hotel Havana."

"The staff was truly fantastic aside from the little bartender in the bar. Rude, rude, rude. I could possibly excuse that but also did not know how to make a good cocktail. The room we stayed in had a very comfortable bed. Love the esthetic. I understand they are going for a historical look but cracked floor tiles and cracked sink are just poor upkeep. The place could use a little polishing. Some things are looking dirty. I again want to say how wonderful the front staff was. Pleasant and helpful. They need to be commended. Just need a few updates to make it glorious."

"Wowza! How have I never known this establishment was existed. The family did a little getaway and the price was unbelievable. We made ourselves at home and enjoyed our quaint historical stay. The staff was welcoming and the entry hits was spotless. The bar downstairs was absolutely amazing and the drinks were great. We visited twice and at one point had the entire bar to ourselves. Location was great parking was easy and accessible. Hope to come back and enjoy soon."

"We read so many reviews before making our reservation. Some reviews made us question staying here. We took a chance and could not have been happier. Hotel Havana has so much character. Our room was very cute and very clean. The bed was comfortable and made for a nice sleep. We visited Ocho restaurant and Havana Bar and both just add to a fun stay. For anyone wanting a romantic getaway, I recommend this hotel."
