"Got great value for what I payed. Hotel is very close to the River Walk and theres buses that bring you almost anywhere not too far away. Room was very clean, had a working fridge and a working TV. Im very satisfied with my experience. I payed 300$ for 4 nights, and thanks to the nice staff I got breakfast for free."

"The staff we encountered during our stay were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean (I did find long black hairs on the bathroom floor). The location was wonderful and I really like historic buildings. The only downside was the car parked out front blaring the music late at night..."

"Let me preface and say I booked this without much research. Saw it was by the riverwalk and went with it. It's a part of town that's in shambles. They charge 40 a night for parking next to the building. 20 around the corner. Given the area I wanted to be as close as possible. The room we got fit a king bed and barely had enough space for our luggage. They guy that checked us in was zero help. We reluctantly stated the night. The woman the next day was fantastic. Helped me check out and get my money back. I really appreciated her help with everything"

"The best feature about this hotel is the location. But the hotel is old, not well maintained. The room was tiny, bathroom door didn’t close, it would open by itself. No privacy. For the same price there are much better hotels. Also, only one guy at the front desk, with a line of people checking in or out, only one tiny elevator working, so long wait to make it downstairs, just to catch a ride in the elevator. It was not a good experience. Best Western should do better for their customers."
