"I scheduled my appointment 2 months in advance and was told to be there at noon. I had to go to a location that was not convenient or wait several more months. I arrived on time and was told I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early so they would not see me. No one had informed me of that or I would have been there. I missed work and paid to park for nothing. Now I’m starting over."

"Scheduled appt back in Sept 20 for Nov 29 and when I called on Nov 20 to confirm they had no appt and now we are going to miss out appt with the Dr we scheduled 3 months ago. We have a long wait and they cant do anything"

"These people are all related. They are incredibly unhelpful and useless. I scheduled the appointment 6 days in advance just so 2 days before the appointment was when they begin doing the pre-authorization. Then even so, they said my doctor needs to do it but my doctor knows better just like every other doctor, he doesn't do that. So now they wasted 6 days of time telling me they won't be able to do the MRI for me simply because they are too lazy to do the pre-authorization. I called another business and they said they will do the pre-authorization in a day. Completely incompetence people. Also their customer service is run by parrot who either repeat every question you ask or read from a script regardless of whatever you say, completely useless people. Don't give them your money !"

"A patient's time is not to be disregarded in such way that they make you wait 3 hours. This process is ridiculous. You need to hire an administrator that know about clinical process and workflow to reduce the wait time. Plan the physician clinic accordingly to ensure the patient does not wait to much. Also, ensure the transition from service to service is immediate because losing 3 hour of time should not be a way to run a clinic. I ran a study at MD Anderson that help reduce the wait time in the clinic area. The patients were planned to handle the procedure and their time was respected. The total procedure time it took was less than 1 hour. There should not be a reason to wait the other 2 hours. Be considerate."

"I’ve been here numerous times over the past few months and never had a problem with the staff. Especially during checkin. However, the wait time for their appointments once you get past reception is absolutely ridiculous. After waiting more than 1-1/2 hours on one occasion, I had to leave without being seen. On several other occasions I had to wait well over an hour AFTER getting through reception and changing into a gown. During the longest wait, I was the only person in the waiting room and never saw anyone coming or going. I’m fact I only saw one other patient while I was in reception. So there is no way they could use the ‘we’re busy’ excuse. My total time there for a 15 minute procedure was more than 2 hours!! I wonder if their bosses will wait that long for them to show up fir meetings. The fact that they charge such high rates for parking time doesn’t help either, as they certainly don’t run late on collecting those fees. They show a complete disregard for people’s time and money. Even calling to schedule an appointment will regularly leave you on hold for as long as half an hour. I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone"
