"I booked online and was totally disappointed with this hotel experience. I wish I could get my money back. So many problems from door not shutting completely in my room. To shower not working correctly and filling with water. Landscape was horrible looking and trash was all over premises. Most disgusting part was the number of flies and roaches in the room, I had to go buy bug spray, the whole place needs to be sprayed for insects. Security guard at hotel but still didn't feel safe and didn't want to leave my belongings in room while I was out of my room. Very loud, you can hear every person in the adjacent rooms and outside."

"The room was set up decent. Didn't use the mini kitchen or open the fridge. Lots of stains everywhere. Bathroom was a little scary. Not clean, cracked light switch covers, bad paint job, stained bathtub - nothing gave you the immediate feeling of cleanliness or well maintained. Not the most comfortable mattress, but there were no bugs so that's a plus. Location is very convenient to airport. Front desk staff was very friendly. For the price...you get what you pay for."

"Non refundable booking service put me here(in error) instead of a location 30 minutes closer to the in town job I'm traveling for. The rooms are clean. They are not soundproofed. You can hear water turned on and off in adjacent rooms. A multi-day stay does not get any any attention at all, but there is some sort of night security. Then around 0500(5am), the air traffic starts. This isn't a quiet place."
