"They were Unprofessional and Dishonest about there rules and they consider you a guest like a hotel, and you don't have tenets rights and under the Hospitality Law you have No Rights they reserve the right to evicted you over the smallest details. Don't not stay here."

"Woodland Oaks is a very quiet park in the country but conveniently close to San Antonio. The owners are great and available to assist if need be. Nice level, very shady lots and well maintained. Clean laundry facilities. We love it here! Come check it out for yourself!!."

"This is a nice peaceful and safe place to stay with large oak trees new postal boxes new laundry facility and wi fi and pet friendly also have new Park manager that is very nice and professional i have lived here for a couple years and have had no problems at all there are lots of spaces available for summer time living"

"I have been here going on 10 years there have been a lot of new changes with the new owners for the benefit of the park in the residents. Being here for 10 years says a lot for this park. The new manager is awesome Ronnie will do anything he can to help you. Everybody looking for a nice RV Park should come here I came for a visit and stayed. #43"

"We have been here for almost 6 years and our new owner Cassie took over in February and seams to be very nice and has plans to do some new rentavations. Can't wait because we love it here. All the beautiful oaks and the people here are all so friendly and it's a very quiet park."
