"Got sent to the wrong address twice. They call to confirm and send text to my phone and have the audacity to send me TWICE to the wrong location. You guys (LILIANA&GABRIELA) need to be more serious about your job. Sending customers to the wrong location is a big deal. This is a lawsuit I’m dealing with. And this slows down the pace of my process and takes me away from my job which I need to pay bills. I live an hour away dealing WITH MORNING TRAFFIC to arrive on time to my appointments and you guys play with my time. I arrive and get told not once but twice that I’ve been at the wrong location. I will never come back to this place or give you guys my business. The manager should not be cleaning up your mess of messing up appointments as easy as a front desk job. My time is valuable to me. And I don’t think you guys learned your lesson the first time. Who knows how many people you guys have done this too. It is WRONG to do this. I will never be able to get my time or gas back. Which by the way you guys don’t pay for. Do not ever call me or send me text messages ever again. I do not recommend this place. They have kids working the front desk and if you care about your time not being wasted do NOT come here."
