"I have NEVER paid a deposit for a motel 6? And they REFUSED to refund it because the door knob came off to the bathroom door (inside) and I got STUCK IN THE BATHROOM. It’s not my fault your maintenance guy didn’t screw the knob in properly! Thank god I wasn’t staying alone. The entire foundation is shifted so there’s gaps and drags in all the door ways. Exposed wires in lighting fixtures. Wouldn’t let me rebook online because I would have to check out then come back at three? What! “Online payment is only for hours 3pm-11am not in between 11am-3pm” Seriously. This is after I was told when I arrived it was going to be $75 PLUS $30 cash deposit for my room but the online booking price was $58 so I booked online and the face I was given was rude when she saw my price. Very untrustworthy all around."

"I got off work yesterday it was a are day and i go to pay for a room and they tell me no because i smell too bad ,i was floored,i left i was embarrassed but since when can you not get smelly and dirty from working ,i don't know but I'm traumatized about it"

"Just had to leave this hotel in the middle of the night it's to ghetto and nasty. Crackheads up all types of nights. They gave us a room where someone bust open the door and bugs where coming in all night long. I wouldn't even stay here for a night."

"I had reserved an ADA room and a companion room for 5 days. Originally they had no problem with the companion room, however, when I went to extend my stay I was told that I could not have the companion room free of charge as their website states. That I could either pay for that room as well or get a refund. I was very tempted. In addition, the ADA bathtub/shower is not. The bottom of the tub is very slippery and the shower head was initially broken. They had included a lightweight shower seat that doesn't look like it could hold a shoe."

"The price was decent. The staff was great. Nice Empty lot next door to walk your dog. My room was missing the end table next to the bed. I'm sure someone stole it. Yes the door had light coming thru the bottom. Bed was decent. The bed decorative cover needed a deep cleaning, not a bad place. Quite. A lil bit of drama a day or two but other then that it was worth it all in all"
