"Amazing ambiance I wish the rooms had chairs vs just a single seat and a couch. After a certain hour many points of entry (gates)were chained an barricade ( a little challenge coming right off the highway). Breakfasts was posted to be served at 6a.m but wasn't served until 6:30 for the early birds that have to head out to work, its a little frustrating. Overall, lovely."

"My family had a graduation party here last week ,what a wonderful experience we had.. the staff was all so helpful and friendly.. but an utmost exception to the best customer service was to Miss Martha who served our dinner that evening . she was amazing.. the chefs were awesome.. food was delicious.plenty of safe and secure parking.Thank you Westin for a wonderful stay and for Miss Martha!! Be Highly recommend"

"Great rooms. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed and pillows in a hotel ever. Hotel was quiet and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bar closed too early even on the weekends but not much else negative. Thanks Westin"

"Great location if you need to be near the medical area...about a 5 min uber. However, this hotel is dated, and the furnishing are a bit worn. It's clean for sure, but the rooms and decor both in the hallways and sleeping rooms are in need of an update. Tile and grout around bath enclosure had obviously been re-grouted, and a bit rough. Shower control was a plastic knob that was probably original from when the hotel was constructed. Staff were friendly and attentive, so no problem there."

"The hotel is in need of an update... the rooms and the hotel as a whole needs a renovation. The bar is overpriced, but the drinks are good. The dinner service is pretty good, but I would avoid the breakfast service unless it is included in your room. A lot of the items taste like they were made days ago. The service and staff are great. They are very accommodating and friendly."
