"Beware, do not stay here. The place smells and is dirty. I checked into my room and it smelt like cigarettes. The restroom shower floor had stains on it (dirt) so I checked out immediately. The hotel refused to acknowledge it or refund me. Due to the violation I recorded I will contact an attorney. I’ve seen better motels with higher standards."

"It was 12:30 P.M on March first, and I had booked 5 nights at this hotel. I called ahead of time just to verify the nearest possible check in time, but instead was met with a very rude lady that was extremely impatient and demanding with me. I did my best to to answer her questions as quickly and as accurately as possible. She ended up hanging up on me. I booked my 5 night stay through priceline and had them cancel the stay and they refunded me the full amount. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this place where they blatantly disrespect and look down on their own customers!!! It's not a 2 star hotel. It's a 1 star that pretends to be 2 star. Book it at your own risk!"

"I checked into my room at 3:30am, and had paid for my two nights in advance, nothing states that you have to check in before midnight or they will cancel your room.. So I had to argue with the desk clerk to contact the manager and work this out.. then once I did finally get my room, Around 8:30 Am I went out to where my SUV was parked and it had been broke into and most of my stuff had been stolen from it.. windows busted out, door handles popped off.. The clerk said that the Cameras don't catch that angle of the parking lot and there was nothing they could do.. There was two of that vehicles broke into. I filed reports.. They wouldn't even help me with anything or refund my money to the rooms for the damages done.. I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone. All they have are excuses for everything.. Or it's not their problem.."

"I feel the price and location that was great. The reason I didn't give the room 5 stars is that the carpet was dirty. It had bad stains and needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. The reason I didn't give service 5 stars was the night check-in guy. It was very hard to understand him, and he was a low talker. I had to ask him more than once to repeat himself. I did like that the room had a refrigerator and microwave and was very close to an HEB."

"Stayed Nov 2023 - Pros - Location is great and provided a great value for a 2 night stay. They "Upgraded" our room to a suite, but the suite was just a couple couches and TV. The only light in the room as a lamp. There was a sink in the room, but nothing else. Breakfast was adequate, but limited. Service was adequate, not friendly nor rude. Cons - Floors are stained like no other room I've been in. Couple of light switches in the room had no function. TV's are slow and clunky to use. AC in the spare room didn't seem to work, main room's worked great. Couch in the spare room had a weird slant to it that made sitting impossible. If you need a cheap location to just sleep for a couple nights, this could work. Was fine for us, as we were out all day, but not a place to relax."
