"DON'T TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF IN THIS JOINT! Arrived after hours checkin, the room they gave me was filthy. The floor looked like it had never been mopped, the dirt was making our shoes stick to the floor and this nasty film stuck to our dogs paws, which I had recently bathed the day before traveling. DISGUSTING! Paltry amenities in the kitchen. How am I supposed to eat with only knives? No pans or anything like that, no soap at the kitchen sink, no paper towels, jack diddly, just some cups and plates. Obviously housekeeping needs to be checked in on, are they using a muddy rag to mop the floors??? Every square inch of the flooring was covered in a film of dirt like this, see the video. One of the beds had stains on it. I can't trust the hygiene of anything in this room after this, so I'll have to clean it all before use."

"I have to give a shout out to one of the attendants name JoJo! He's marvelous, super polite, and just all around a wonderful human being. Super helpful as well. The rooms were magnificent, very open and spacious , fully equipped, full kitchen, excellent hot water, the rooms were also clean and fresh. They are also pet friendly for all you animal louvers. The corridor was lovely , they also have on laundry facilities on site."

"We’re staying here for a couple of weeks until our house is finished being built. The rooms and property are VERY clean and new. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, plenty of parking, security at night, and really friendly office staff. Also love that you can open the doors with the StayApt app - really convenient when your hands are full but you have your phone on you (or if you forget the key). If you’re in need of an extended stay, this is your place! So far it’s been very comfortable and we love how clean and new everything feels."

"stayAPT Suites is one of the best hotels I believe my mother and I have ever stayed in! The staff were extremely helpful and kind when we arrived. Our flight came in much earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate us right away! We were there for my sisters basic training graduation. The location was wonderful and it wasn't far from base AT ALL! There were soooo many activities to do just a few minutes from the hotel (and I do mean a few minutes). The room smelled clean when we walked in! It was very spacious and the beds were COMFORTABLE! The laundry and fitness facility were more equipped than we expected! Absolutely wonderful! stayAPT Suites made our first visit to San Antonio, TX a delight! We will DEFINITELY be booking again in the future! HIGHLY recommend this hotel!"

"We decided to stay here while visiting from Fort Worth to see my son graduate from USAF BMT- per the recommendation of a friend. This place was SO nice! The staff was amazing first of all. Any time I had to call them to make changes to my reservation or ask a general question they were so helpful and accommodating. I liked how personable they were and how they interacted with us and the other guests. Shout out to Mary and Jillian! The place was also very clean and neat and was equipped with everything we needed to stay in if that's what we decided to do. There's a nice little courtyard as well where you can hang out with your people and even has a grill! Definitely will be back if we're out that way again!"
