"Arrived 10 minutes early. Was seen timely for the ultrasound. Since I was dressed in good clothes coming from the office… I expected to be given a medical gown to wear, since they use that gooey substance as a lubricator, when using the ultrasound wand. However, all they did was roll my shirt up and roll my pants down a little. It would have been helpful if they would have informed me prior to the appointment to bring other clothes or if they would have provided a medical gown. Ultrasound was supposed to take less than 30 minutes. However, it took an hour. I don’t know if it’s because my technician was new or just slow… But I started to get quietly anxious about whether something bad was found. She kept going over and over one particular area repeatedly. Again, don’t know if it was inexperience or something bad was being found. Also, while I was laying on the table most of the time with my eyes closed…at one point (although I had no clue what I was looking at) I did turn my head to look at the available real time monitor (not techs - a 2nd one for the patient to view) … at which point the technician abruptly turned the screen off, saying it was against the rules for me to look at it. So…the silent anxiety then became magnified. Cleaning off all the goo was a challenge since I was in good clothes. Technician was amenable. Office was clean. I’ll be anxious until I get the report."

"This establishment is very clean and everyone I encountered was very professional. I was a little nervous and they made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. Also price was 1/3 of what I was quoted at my doctors office which is why I didn’t even call elsewhere and went immediately."
"My experience was phenomenal. Customer service was really great. I felt very comfortable, everyone was very pleasant, and my ultrasound was thorough. I was able to get my results before I left and that was extremely impressive to me. I would absolutely recommend them."
