"Wonderful community. Houses are built cheap. They build them at night with flashlights. If you purchase here get ready for months of frustration until you just give up. It's actually criminal. Something that is suppose to be a good experience is nothing more than a big let down. This is what I found yesterday. Pulte is a joke and they know what they are doing and don't care after you sign to close."

"Lousy cheap appliances, bad workmanship. Hard to get them to fix anything during warranty period. Pot holes in my yard. Oh, were going to fix that they said. Nope. Haven't seen them in 5 months now. Tried ordering a matching cabinet for the bathroom. Multiple times they say oh, we will call you back on that. Nope, going on 3 months now"

"This is a Del Webb senior community. Each Oct and March they have a crafting show. All kinds of things sold for the holidays. Lots of crafters perticipate. I think they have homes where u could reserve and stay but I cannot speak to that. I never stayed, not a hotel."
