"How are you going to wait until people show up to tell them they have to shell out $160+ today to have their labwork done before filing to the insurance? You were able to text me that you got orders from my doctor, and text me to set up an appointment. Then text me to remind me of that appointment. You had my personal and insurance info on file when I checked in, but you couldn’t pull that insurance in advance and text me an estimated out of pocket so I was prepared when I showed up? No thanks. Every medical facility in the US pulls your insurance info before and gains authorization and co pay info. Not doing this is pure laziness and taking advantage of people because you don’t believe they will just walk out. Now I know why they have signs in the rooms that say they will give you free merchandise for a 5 star review. Pretty hard to trust the validity of any review that has a prize attached for only the highest rating."

"I was in the office less than a minute this morning when Elizabeth came to get me from the waiting room. I am very nervous about needles and she was so kind and actually amazing at taking my mind off of the procedure of drawing my blood. Before I knew it, she was finished. I didn't even know she had started! I have been at this location several times and always had great experiences with the Staff. Thank you so much Elizabeth for taking care of me today. Last note, I needed help online this afternoon so I could give this review and Kelsey guided me through the process. I appreciate your kindness and patience also Kelsey. If you are needing lab work, I highly recommend this location and their Staff. I give them a 10 out of 10!"

"Having me wait 1 hour to get a urine test , I left I will never waste my time again , what were yall doing back there PLAYING that I had to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes just to watch another 5-10 people who just got there get taken in immediately, yall mean to tell me NOBODY. Could get me in and yall was literally back there 30 minutes doing absolutely NOTHING! Corporate will hear about this ! TODAY! TODAY! TODAY!!!"

"Showed up 20 minutes early for my “confirmed” appointment on Saturday (23rd) and along with 7-8 other people sat out there till about 5-10 minutes after my appointment waiting on doors to unlock. Nobody showed up, just left us sitting outside no communication on what happened. I won’t waste my time again."
