"First of all the secretary at the entrance is not educated at all. At our Good morning Miss, she didn’t reply back and didn’t look at us, secondary our copay was supposed to be $35 she charged us $45 without any explanation , third, the staff inside wasn’t friendly at all or at least polite. Not the place to be . Find another MRI place with staff that has interest on you and your health and has humanity not just interest about your $$$ MY REVIEW IS ZERO STAR but we can’t go under one star sadly . Bad customers service and lack of humanity"

"Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Front desk did not acknowledge me (I was the only one there) in waiting room for 3O minutes after loudly ring the bell per the glass door sign. This caused me to have to sit and complete the paperwork after my MRI. Additionally, when they initially gave me a clipboard of paperwork to fill out with glass window closed, two gals (not the radiology technician) had a full conversation about regarding a patient earlier in the day (yes, they mentioned the patient name) who complained to their doctors after their appointment for something that I didn’t pay attention to, both discussed in a derogatory fashion. I didn’t pay attention as I was doing my paperwork. CLEAR HIPPA VIOLATION. Lastly, I had to call 3 times to schedule. First time, computer problems, will call right back. Did not call back. Took two additional calls to get my appointment. I’m a newly retired long term health care professional. I rarely post anything on-line and only do positive reviews. This is meant to bring this to the attention of the physicians or business partners that run Alliance MRI."

"I have a lot of medical issues so I have had a lot of test throughout the years and this facility was amazing. The staff was pleasant and my technician explained everything in detail. I kept thinking I wish I had this experience at different places over the years."

"I showed up for an 8am appointment on time. The lady that did my scan did not walk into the building until 8:20am. After another 20 minutes, I was taking back for my scan. At that time, I tried telling her that I am a hard stick for contrast and proceeded to explain my veins. She VERY rudely interrupted me and told me to be quiet and let her do her job. Okay, it is only my body and I know it better than anyone. Nevertheless, she had a hard time getting a vein. Dealing with this place has been a mess. It took them weeks to set up my appointment due to insurance problems but never once told me I could pay upfront. I asked and then said yes so that is what I did. They told me they would continue to try and process it through insurance and the day I got there, I was told no and that once someone self pays they stop trying to process it. It would nice if everyone was on the same sheet of music. Dealing with this place has been a nightmare."

"This facility is hands down the BEST place I have EVER had a MRI EXAM at. Every single person I have met here is SO compassionate and caring! They truly work with your schedule and needs! The ONLY downside is that they don't IV sedation, HOWEVER they make you feel comfortable in every other way! I also LOVE the fact that they have late evening appointments to make it a ton more convenient for people that work after 5pm. The facility is VERY clean and the staff is very organized! They do have Open MRI machines so that patients with claustrophobia feel more at ease. I don't ever want to go to any other imaging facility EXCEPT this one from now on, AND I will only send my family here as well! Very big kudos to this facility and their AMAZING staff for all the hard work they do to make us patients that stress and worrying feel at completely at ease! I'm truly HAPPY AND IMPRESSED!!"
