"Two signs literally with a STOP sign on the “customer service” window to not tap or ask for anything as they may be busy with someone else. Truly unbelievable poor customer service. The really ironic part is that next to the two STOP signs is a AR code for customers to provide their Google review. Someone at this clinic has ZERO sensibility to decent customer service. We were told 3 times that we are “not the only ones.” Really made us feel like nothing but a wallet for this business."

"I had a great experience here after having my appointment canceled and rescheduled and not being scheduled until weeks after calling at GO imaging. I was able to get in the day after I called. I didn’t wait long. They provided earplugs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars had the process been explained to me while booking the appointment. I was not informed on how long the appointment would be at the other place and my appointment was canceled because I showed up with my two year old. I feel it should be disclosed to patients booking that children will not be supervised and therefore not allowed at the appointment. My experience overall was great and my family will be using the MRI and imaging services here from now on."
