"I actually wanted to give Zero stars! Referral sent Springs Imaging on 1/31/24 by Dr. Shah and I never received a phone call to get an appointment. I called them more than once and never got anywhere. On 3/6/24 I had a visit with my Orthopedic Dr. Shah and he personally called them and told them they needed to see me ASAP so I stayed in the Woodlands until 2:00 and they were still verifying my insurance and then told me I had to pay $500 for an MRI of the knee and I have BCBS. The front office staff is horrible and the unprofessionalism is the worst I ever seen. I did walk out and I would not recommend that place to anyone. When I see Dr. Shah again I am going to recommend that he finds a different place to send his patients for imaging. No one should be treated so poorly in a doctor’s office."

"MRI completed on Dec 19, 2023 for my back. Cervical and lumbar areas. Lumbar report was not sent to my Dr. so we could not discuss area of importance. Went back for ultrasound on 2/14/24 and had to call Spring Imaging on 2/21 and ask them to send report to my Dr. On the positive side, techs are really great. Front office needs help."

"Arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment. Completed typing in the novel on the tablet as required to check in. It is currently 2:40 and I just went to the window to ask how much longer it’s gonna be. They have no idea, other than that it’s gonna be at least 45 more minutes. My biggest complaint is that they could have let me know when I arrived so I could have rescheduled instead of sitting here all afternoon. Zero respect for my time. Finally got started on the MRI at 3:50, almost two hours late. At my follow-up appointment at woodlands sports medicine I intend to suggest to dr chimenti that he should send his patients somewhere else."

"I just called to make an appointment, spoke with someone named Kaitlyn or that is what she confirmed her name as once she realized how rude and unprofessional she was being. Extremely condescending and tried to treat me as if I’m unintelligent by repeating the same answers to different questions I would ask and let’s say those answers apply to the different questions, why be rude and nasty. When I informed her that I would be calling back to complain she hung up on me. I’m definitely going to follow up on this. No one should be treated in this manner when it’s your job to assist.if you don’t want to be in customer service then find something else to do that doesn’t require you working with the public. She may need to go work in an Amazon warehouse if she detests dealing with people. But what do you expect when there are multiple complaints on this business."
