"I’m giving it one star because the front office workers are very courteous and understanding but I don’t understand why they make someone come in at one hour and they sit them down for almost two hours. I came for an abdominal ultrasound and they told me to not drink or eat anything I had to wait for two hours in the lobby to be seen. This is outrageous why have someone come in at a time and you don’t even see them at the hour you scheduled them. And from my understanding the doctor just got here ."
"I was sent by my doctor to this radiology centre for a chest x-ray. However, the doctor had forgot to check the related test. So it seemed that I wouldn’t be able to get it done. But the Ms.Selena at the reception had asked the technician Ms. Sara. Normally they are not doing x-ray’s in weekend but Ms. Sara took the initiative and said she would come on Saturday morning for the test. They also called the doctors office and thanks God we received the test order properly and had my test done timely. I am so happy to meet Selena and especially Sara on the day of my test. Think to have your tests in Townsen Clinic in Spring. You’ll find good people there."
"Juanita the MRI TECH was awesome! I was really nervous going in for my first MRI, but she was so comforting and talked me through it! All of the staff is friendly and the place is extremely clean. I would recommend this place to anyone!"
"My wife, Maria Perez had an ultrasound appointment today at this location and we had an amazing experience. Everyone was super nice, patient and polite. I especially want to thank the ultrasound tech, Denise, she was super sweet, understanding and compassionate about my wife’s situation. She made sure to make us feel comfortable and communicated the process excellent. 100% recommend! Thank you!"
"Everyone here is so kind and professional! Ms. Martina is precious! She was so thoughtful, gentle and attentive during my MRI. She always made sure that I was comfortable, made some adjustments to make sure my pain was tolerable and helped take the pressure off of my lower back. It has been a struggle since my car accident and she really went above and beyond!! Thank you all!! The facility is also very clean, including the restrooms and changing room."
