"I had been a patient in this facility several times and always had good experience.But I came there for an MRI of lumbar spine and had a very bad experience with the care I received. All the staff at the front desk and the tech who took my assessment were very professional and kind. When I walked in the room for the procedure I was very disappointed. Being a registered nurse for over 35 years I know how to treat a patient when they come for the care. I was not explained anything except was told to call with the call light if needed. I knew what to expect in there but imagine a patient wthout any knowledge about the procedure.Eventhouh I am a nurse I was a patient with pain and nervous. After the procedure I was struggling to get out of the stretcher but no helping hand was offered. Finally I had to ask her to move foot"

"Looking for a place to go get an MRI, Ultrasound, or an Xray, this is the place to go. I had to get an MRI done and a Ultrasound done. Day two was the best of both days, only because of Jerry, this was the first time I had to have either procedure done and it really makes a difference who is taking care of you. Jerry was AMAZING, I just wish I had him on the first day, he is caring, patient and treats you like a human not just another patient, he goes the extra mile to make sure you're needs are taken care of, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. If your a person that likes to know whats going on like I do, then Jerry is the right person for you, he explained what was going on, as each test progressed. --Jerry, you are beyond wonderful, Thank you for kindness and making this a pleasurable experience.
